On January 12, 2021, Shenzhen Microvision Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was invited by Shenzhen Metro Group to participate in a testing and exchange event, along with their technical staff and equipment. The customer had previous experience with other brands of industrial endoscopes. Due to high-frequency on-site usage, demanding lighting requirements, and a need for high image clarity, they were looking for a cost-effective domestic endoscope that could provide convenience for follow-up visits and long-term technical support. As a result, the customer compared products from multiple domestic industrial endoscope manufacturers and expressed the desire for a deeper understanding and on-site evaluation of the industrial endoscopes produced by Shenzhen Microvision Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.

Representatives from the customer's maintenance and procurement departments were present. After a thorough explanation of the products by our technical staff, the customer's representatives personally operated Shenzhen Microvision Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.'s WS-K series industrial endoscopes. They affirmed the equipment's image clarity and other functionalities. Following detailed discussions and understanding, the customer's requirements were identified as follows:

Actual inspection conditions:
5.Inspection of pneumatic cylinders.
6.Observation segment length of 1.5 meters, with inspections conducted by inserting the endoscope under the train's bottom where ambient lighting is low.

Solution:
After further discussion, we recommended the customer to adopt the WS-K series high-definition endoscopes, which meet the requirement of one million pixels. Additionally, we suggested adding custom accessories (plastic positioning sleeve rods) to address the front end support issue. This product allows independent adjustment of brightness as needed and has high built-in illumination. It also supports custom image watermarks and comes with a 32GB memory card to prevent data loss. Furthermore, it features an HDMI interface and supports Wi-Fi wireless transmission.
